Program

Two weeks with a carrier, on us.

We want to know if these carriers actually do what they say they will - the right fit across different body sizes, safe and comfortable across the weight ranges, genuinely wearable in real life. That means we need real parents, with real babies, across a range of ages, sizes and experience levels to put them to the test.

Each round, we select a small group of testers to try a carrier for two weeks and share honest feedback. No fluff required. Just your genuine experience.

Who we're looking for

We carefully select a mix of testers each round - newborns through toddlers, all body sizes, all experience levels. If you're brand new to babywearing or a seasoned wrap collector, there's a place for you here.

Super lightweight toddler carrier from nine months to 5 years.

Apron waist, minimalist style carrier with cross back only. 3.5kg to 10kg.

Integra Solar — Size 2

Apron waist carrier in quick dry fabric - perfect for water adventures. 18 months to 3.5 years.

Before you apply

Your trial runs for two weeks. The carrier gets posted on the final day.
On arrival, photograph the carrier and let us know it's landed safely.
If it gets dirty, reach out before you wash it - different carriers have different care needs and we want to help you get it right.
Tracked postage only. You'll need to send us your tracking number on the day of posting.
A written review with at least one photo in our Facebook group is a condition of participation. Don't have Facebook? Reach out and we can chat.
You're responsible for the replacement cost if the carrier is lost or damaged beyond normal wear.

Terms & Conditions — Cloth and Carry Product Tester Program

Please read these terms before applying. By submitting an application you confirm you have read and agree to them.

Applications

Submitting an application does not guarantee a place in the program. Testers are selected at Cloth and Carry's discretion based on the mix of babies, body sizes and experience levels needed for each round. Only one application per household per carrier style will be considered.

Eligibility

The program is open to Australian residents only. You must be subscribed to the Cloth and Carry email list to participate — this is a condition of the program, not an optional extra.

The trial

Each trial runs for two weeks from the date the carrier arrives with you. The carrier must be posted to the next person on the final day of your trial. Tracked postage is required. You must send your tracking number to hello@clothandcarry.com.au on the day of posting.

On arrival

When the carrier arrives, please check it over for any obvious damage (fabric, buckles, etc), photograph it and let us know it's landed safely by emailing hello@clothandcarry.com.au. This helps us keep track of each carrier's journey through the chain.

Carrier care

Please follow the manufacturer's instructions for the carrier. If the carrier gets dirty during your trial, reach out to us before washing - different carriers have different care needs and we want to help you get it right.

Condition of the carrier

The carrier must be returned clean, dry, undamaged and in the same condition it was sent to you - ready for the next tester. Fair wear from normal use is expected and accepted. You are responsible for the replacement cost of the carrier if the carrier is not returned, it is returned damaged beyond normal wear or if you make an error when posting (incorrect address for example).

Review

A written review with at least one photo must be posted in the Australian Babywearing Community by Cloth and Carry Facebook group within two weeks of posting the carrier back. This is a condition of participation. If you don't post a review, you won't be eligible for future rounds.

Email list

By applying to the program you agree to be added to the Cloth and Carry email list. You're welcome to unsubscribe any time after your trial is complete.

Liability

Cloth and Carry takes no responsibility for any injury, accident or adverse outcome arising from use of a trial carrier. All carriers should be used in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and safe babywearing practice.
