This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from www.clothandcarry.com.au (the “Site”).

Personal information we collect

These tools collect non-identifying information about how you interact with our pages (for example, where you click, how far you scroll, and which parts of the site are most viewed). How do we use your personal information?
We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfil any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to: 
- Communicate with you;
- Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and
- When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.

We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimise our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).

We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above. Website Hosting

Our website is hosted by Shopify. Shopify processes your data when you visit our site and make purchases in our store, including to provide services based on your interactions interactions with other merchants and with Shopify. Your information will be shared with Shopify and other third parties that may be located in other countries, in order to provide services to them, including those that incorporate data from your interactions with other merchants and Shopify.

Your rights
Under the Privacy Act (Australian Privacy Principles 12 and 13) you have the right to ask for access to personal information that we hold about you, and ask that we correct that personal information. You can ask for access or correction by contacting us and we must respond within 30 days. If you ask, we must give you access to your personal information, and take reasonable steps to correct it if we consider it is incorrect, unless there is a law that allows or requires us not to.

Data retention
When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

Changes
We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.

Minors
The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 16 .
