Try Before You Buy: LennyPreschool Baby Carrier
- Choose which colour and size (if applicable) carrier, wrap or ring sling you want to try.
- Select the dates of your two week trial period.
- Pay the $40 hire fee, postage & $100 security bond.
- Receive a brand new carrier in the mail.
- Use the carrier as much as possible for two weeks to decide if it's right for you.
- Reach out in our private Facebook group or via email for a fit check to make sure you and baby are as safe and comfortable as possible.
- If you love it: Keep the carrier! Your $40 hire fee and $100 bond are deducted from the purchase price.
- If it’s not the one: Pay for return postage and send it right back!

Can I use Try Before You Buy for more than one carrier?
Yes, but each requires a separate TBYB booking.
Do I keep the carrier I tried?
Yes! If you decide to keep it, the exact carrier you trial becomes yours.
What if the carrier isn’t right for me?
Return it after your two week trial period (you pay return postage) and we’ll refund your security bond.
Can you arrange return postage for me?
Yes! When you receive your package, resist the urge to tear it open and make sure you cut along the dotted line so that you can reuse the satchel. Then let us know if you want to return it and we will add our flat rate shipping fee, arrange your postage label and send you a QR code to scan at the post office for them to print your return label.
If I don't want to keep the baby carrier, can I have my rental fee refunded?
As per our terms and conditions, once the carrier has been worn, no refund is possible. If you open it and instantly decide it isn't for you, you're welcome to return it and we can refund the rental fee but please note that the return postage cost is your expense and will not be refunded.
