• A new and improved shape of the panel to provide a safe fit for a newborn as small as 3.2kg.

• More comfortable padding in the waistband and the same pleating system as the LennyLight which is more comfortable when used on the most narrow setting with a newborn.

Q: What’s the difference between the LennyLight and the LennyUpGrade PRO?

Both are ergonomic, high quality LennyLamb carriers - but they serve different needs.

• The LennyLight is minimalist, lightweight and more simple to use with less adjustment options - ideal for petite parents, travel or warm climates. Plus sized wearers may find the padding of the shoulderstraps and waistband too short to get a comfortable fit.
  
• The LennyUpGrade PRO is more adjustable, slightly bigger (without feeling bulky), has more padding (for example, behind the buckles) and comes with additional accessories like an included hood and lumbar support.
  
  If you want the lightest and most compact carrier, especially for a smaller bodied wearer, go for the LennyLight. If adjustability, extra padding, and a more custom fit (especially for bigger bodies wearers) are your priorities, choose the LennyUpGrade PRO.

Q: Is the LennyUpGrade PRO hip healthy and ergonomic?

Yes. The LennyUpGrade PRO is hip healthy and tested to both EU and ASTM safety standards. It positions your baby’s knees higher than their bottom in a spread squat position - the recommended “M” position for healthy hip development.

Q: Can both parents or caregivers use the same carrier easily?

Absolutely. The LennyUpGrade PRO is designed with fully adjustable straps and buckles so you can quickly customise the fit to suit different body types.

Q: Why are the different colours different prices?

LennyLamb carriers come in a variety of fabric blends, weaves and weights. Pricing is dependent on the weave and blend. The Basic Herringbone line is the cheapest, then the Broken Twill and Cotton Jacquard line and then the Fabric Blend Jacquards (with linen, bamboo, etc).

Q: Is the LennyUpGrade PRO good for summer?

Yes, depending on the fabric you choose. The lighter the fabric the cooler it will be and blends with linen will be even more breathable. Look for something below 250GSM but as a general rule, the lower the GSM, the thinner the fabric. Wild Wine Bouquet, Tangled Plait, Birdy Fly High, Peanut Butter and Airglow are just some of the low GSM options.
