Cloth and Carry prides itself on offering our customers the absolute best baby carriers (and cloth nappies!) and helping them find the perfect option for their individual circumstances. 

We place regular orders with our overseas babywearing suppliers and would like to offer the opportunity for our customers to register their interest in pre-ordering their favourite design, print and size (to the best of our ability). 

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS: 

* How does it work?

Simply scroll down and fill in the Baby Carrier Pre-Order Expression of Interest form, provide as much detail about your preferred carrier/s as possible, and we will do our best to order it in our next order. These are periodic and dependent on store requirements as well as other pre-order requests, so please be patient. We will always get in touch with you within 48 hours of receiving your registration to inform you of expected times and/or delays. 

Once we have confirmed that your request can be fulfilled we will issue you with an invoice for a 50% deposit. The remaining balance will be due when the carrier shipment arrives in Australia, and your new carrier will then be sent to you as soon as practical. 

* Is my pre-order guaranteed to be fulfilled?
Whilst we cannot guarantee your exact pre-order will be successful, we will never charge you until we have confirmation from our suppliers. We will do everything possible to ensure that you can access your preferred baby carrier in your preferred size, design, style and configurations however we cannot work miracles and do not have control over supplier stock levels or customisation. 

* Is shipping charged separately? 
Yes, local shipping fees will be charged to get your new carrier from our showroom (when it arrives of course) to your home. Please note in your EOI form whether you would prefer local pickup (Beeliar, WA), or shipping by standard or express post. 

* Which baby carrier companies can we request a pre-order from? 
You can request your preferred baby carrier (including woven wraps, ring slings, stretchy wraps, meh dai, half buckle, full buckle and onbuhimo carriers) from our main baby carrier suppliers: Fidella, Girasol, Neko Slings and Buzzidil. 

Please note that availability on the supplier's website does not always reflect wholesale availability, however we will always do our best to order your preferred carrier. Sometimes we may need to email or call you to discuss availability or timelines, so please keep a look out for contact from us so that we can get our orders placed at the earliest convenience. 

* How long will my pre-order take? 
This is a difficult question to answer! It depends on a number of factors including when we plan to place our next order, availability of your preferred carrier, international shipping and customs, local shipping and more. We source most of our baby carriers from Europe so unfortunately you will virtually always have a wait of at least a few weeks between ordering and receiving your new carrier by pre-order. If you need a baby or toddler carrier ASAP please check our webstore for current stock availability. 

* Do you ship internationally? 
Unfortunately Cloth and Carry is located in Western Australia and only ships within Australia and New Zealand.
