Baby Carrier Two Week Hire: LennyLamb Onbuhimo PRO
NEED LONGER?
- Choose which colour carrier you want to hire.
- Add to cart and ensure you add the security deposit and return postage (unless you want to organise that yourself but ours is cheaper).
- Add any extra weeks (maximum four weeks hire).
- Checkout by paying the hire fee, security bond and postage.
- Receive a gently used carrier in the mail. Your hire period begins on the day it arrives. Don't forget to keep the satchel and instruction booklet safe.
- Use the carrier as much as possible for hire period.
- Reach out in our private Facebook group or via email for a fit check to make sure you and baby are as safe and comfortable as possible.
- Return it using either the return postage label or by organising your own postage.
- Receive 50% of your hire fee as store credit to put towards a new carrier (valid for 14 days after return of your hire carrier).
- Absolutely love it and can't part with it? Reach out and we will let you know whether it is possible to buy it.

Can I hire more than one carrier?
Yes, but each requires a separate security deposit. We recommend not hiring more than two at a time so that you have adequate time to experiment with them.
Do I get money back if I return the carrier?
Yes - you’ll receiveyour security deposit back when the carrier is returned on time and in good condition. You will also receive 50% of your hire fee back as store credit.
Can I keep the carrier I hire?
It depends. Some of our carriers are dedicated hire carriers and others we can part with. Reach out and we will let you know if you can keep it or not. If you are trying because you want to buy it, our Try Before You Buy program would be better for you.
Will I get support during my hire?
Absolutely! Send photos or videos and you can troubleshoot with Kiki (Certified Babywearing Consultant).
Can you arrange return postage for me?
Yes! When you receive your package, resist the urge to tear it open and make sure you cut along the dotted line so that you can reuse the satchel. If you purchase the return postage option you will get a return label in your satchel.
What's the difference between the hire service and Try Before You Buy program?
In the hire service you will receive a gently used carrier and it is suited more for people who aren't really sure what works for them yet and are just experimenting. Or maybe you need a carrier short term for a holiday (within Australia). In our Try Before You Buy program you will receive a brand new carrier. It is suited to people who are pretty sure they know which carrier they want but they just want to be certain before committing.
Can I choose my dates?
No, not at this time. Everything you see available here is available right now and will b shipped immediately. If you want to know when the product you are looking for will be back from it's current hire, just send us an email and we can let you know.
